Introduction

This guide lists a variety of resources which are useful to student research in international diplomacy.  More specifically it provides resources to prepare for the Lake Erie International Model United Nations (LEIMUN) conference.

As a member of the Earlham team you will have specific responsibilities that require research.  The tabs above lead to the various types of information you need to meet those responsibilities.

United Nations - provides access to the UN web site and related sites that cover the work of the UN and its related agencies.

Other International Organizations - lists non-UN international organizations that are relevant to the work of the LEIMUN.

Standard Sources on Countries - lists resources that provide consistent standardized background information on most,if not all, countries of the world.

DRC-Congo, Germany, Japan and Uruguay - are lists of resources specifically useful for defining the political and social perspectives of the governments of each country.

Citation - provides guidance on creating citations that need to be used in any written reports on your research.
